Ever since time immemorial people have looked to complete their lives with possessions, religion, knowledge and spirituality. The search, the searcher and the journey has all been part of this desire for happiness and completeness.

What makes you happy can be so different than what may make another person happy. Yet, we seem to think one size of happiness will fit us all. We forget that there are some aspects of happiness that are personal and special to us.

We spend so much of our earlier lives more from an outside-in world, looking at the outside and then getting our confirmation within. Later on in life we start to figure out we want the inside-out but then can have got stuck in the outside-in. We spend years trying to figure out other peoples happiness and then forget about looking for our own. So what is your happiness? What is your misery? What defines things for you? Would you like to move on to? Do you know where you are? Would you like to be happier? How do you get there? So many questions and the main answers in this consumer world is to consume more of the emptiness.

The focus of my practice is to work with clients to cross the gap between just about OK to feeling much happier with their life. I help my clients to reach the outcomes they want, go towards the dreams they desire and to achieve a balance within them that is full of feelings of joy and happiness.

I have provided therapy and counselling via phone and in person since the 1990's; these
include CBT(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Human Givens and Meditative techniques. My professional training and experience are complemented by my intuition, allowing me to sense where my clients are and to help them get to where they want to go.

My clients have described me as a creative, caring, open, intuitive and focused psychotherapist and coach.

I am constantly striving to find and develop ways to assist people in healing their past, live in their present, and face the challenges of their future. I am most inspired when my clients are able to change their lives, move in new and progressive directions, and achieve balance, love, clarity and joy.

My goal as a counsellor is to create a supportive environment in which you can explore your emotional needs and barriers that limit your full potential. I take an open-minded approach to client wellness and consider your work life, family traditions, cultural and spiritual beliefs, and sexual identity. I offer counselling to individuals and groups.
